Description
This project has been, by far, one of the most adventurous in my Houdini journey. The aim was to explore FLIPs (Fluid Simulations) in Houdini, which is one of the most complex workflows due to the multiple FX components involved, such as particle simulation, meshing, whitewater, and ocean simulation. The main challenge was to create a whirlpool using FLIPs, which I accomplished by using some basic coding to generate the velocities. I also added my own touch by integrating Pyro and RBD simulations, and of course, I incorporated procedural setups, including lighting, to complete the scene. This project pushed me to learn and apply a wide range of techniques, making it an incredibly rewarding experience.
